Claims under this guarantee are only valid if the product does not show any damage or signs of wear caused by use deviating from the normal purpose and the manufacturer?s specifications, and the product does not show any features that indicate repairs or other interventions by the customer or workshops not authorised by the manufacturer. Damage caused by leaking batteries does not constitute a defect of the product. Please contact the respective battery manufacturer to claim such damage. Only replacement and repair can be considered as warranty services. Any further claims under the warranty ? in particular for damages ? are excluded. The warranty period is neither extended nor renewed by guarantee services
