The seat back covers and foam slip over the seat back of your stock seat frames and velcro at the bottom to fasten on for a 5 min install, no screws and washers but they can be installed with screws as well.

 The bottoms use a draw string to tighten around your stock seat pan

They come with foam to replace the stock springs or padding. 

The foam is a 3″ High density for a soft but firm comfortable seat.
