The "TO" series was designed based on the concept of "a watch that looks as if it were carved out of a block of metal.
This watch series was born from Mr. Yoshioka's unique approach of starting the design process not from the shape or function of the watch, but from the selection of the material itself, drawing out the qualities of the material and its properties, and then reducing the design elements to the bare minimum.
In order to emphasize the materiality of the metal, he eliminates common watch design elements such as dials and hands as much as possible to create a simple and modern watch.
