This vintage 1950's Penney's navy blue with white polka dots dress has a full skirt and a dropped waist. It is trimmed with white piping, has a gathered waist and fastens with white plastic buttons up the front. All measurements are taken with garment lying flat; double measurements where applicable. This garment has not been cleaned. See photos.
