This is another monumental Art Glass piece made in Italy c. 1930. It is 15" tall. The entire body is Tortoise Shell then marvered
in polychrome oval flakes along with Aventurine Gold sparsely placed throughout.
Then the entire piece is cased in Gold/Green/Amber glass. Beautiful composition of colors. Attributed to Maestri Vetrai. Label still on piece Maestri Vetrai. It's in perfect condition with no chips or cracks and there are no stains or mineral deposit inside.
Any unusual light or dark spots in the photos are from camera glare. This will make a great addition to any art glass collection.
The light really makes this a unique piece and very unusual and rare.
