Pre-owned “DRIVEN” Build-a-city set WH1136. 140 pieces in set originally. It is missing the following track pieces: 1 curved piece (out of 17), 2 straight pieces (out of 44), and 1 small connector (out of 29). This does not prevent the set from being very serviceable, with many possibilities for track lay-outs. All of the auxiliary buildings, tunnel, and signs are included. Of the original 6 vehicles, the fire truck, dump truck, and pickup are missing. This set is compatible with micro machines, so there are a lot of options. The hard to find helicopter is included, as well as the car and the police vehicle.

Instruction sheet is enclosed but is torn in half. I have personally counted all of these pieces and vouch for the good condition of this set.  Please see photos, which are considered part of the description.
