This memorial keepsake was produced and designed by Joe D'Ambrosio and is signed by him on the colophon. Accordion-fold book with portrait of Goldstein in front. Printing on both sides of the pages. Goldstein operated Gold Stein Press and was an Orange County Superior Court judge.
