For sale, is a set of 3 consecutive, $5 Series 661, Military Payment Certificates (MPCs), graded Superb Gem UNC 67 PPQ.  Rare and unique in this grade from the Vietnam Era available as a set of 3.

MPC played an essential role for U.S. military personnel based overseas.  Besides facilitating monetary transactions, they also strived to diminish the risk of black market activities.  Series 661 came after Series 651.
