This SB Fashions V-neck, New With Tags, pullover kaftan / kerchief top or dress is made of very lightweight polyester.  The color tones range from teal on a black background to gold/black & tan mandala style paisley designs.  The fabric on front is studded here and there with small golden glitter dots.  The size is indicated on tag as "FREE SIZE" (see photo). Drawstring runs around waistline for adjustment.
