HOW DO THESE WORK?:  Electronic article surveillance (EAS) labels are part of a system used to prevent shoplifting from retail stores, book pilferage from libraries or unwanted removal of property from office buildings.  A complete system involves both transmitting and receiving antennas (to detect asset protection labels that come in proximity to the antennas) and EAS labels.

LABEL COMPOSITION:  Metal insert encapsulated in a white plastic shell imprinted with a black faux barcode.

OPERATION:  These labels deliver reliable performance and merchandise protection for AM systems operating in the 58KHz frequency range.  These electronic article surveillance (EAS) anti-theft labels feature a robust design with solid detection capabilities to minimize shoplifting / theft.  Easily applied with a peel-and-stick adhesive.  Offers a consistent deactivation at the point-of-sale with a functional EAS system. Works with EAS loss prevention systems utilizing the AM 58KHz frequency, including Sensormatic branded systems.

DIMENSIONS:  Each tag measures 1.77” long by 0.43” wide by 0.07” thick.  One tag weighs 0.01759 ounce (0.50925 gram).  108 tags / one sheet weighs 1.9 ounces (55 grams).

TYPE OF LABEL TECHNOLOGY:  AM (i.e. Acousto-Magnetic) 58KHz labels.

The shipping cost for each additional order of EAS tags is only 95¢.  Tiered shipping more closely mirrors our actual shipping cost so Buyers don't get gouged on shipping costs.  For Buyers residing outside of the United States or its territories your shipping cost is based on “DIM” (i.e. weight, package size and final destination).
