Liquitex Modelling Paste

Liquitex Modelling Paste is a thick, opaque, marble-dust acrylic compound for building heavy texture and relief on rigid surfaces. It dries to a hard, sandable, paintable surface — useful for creating three-dimensional marks, impasto grounds, and sculptural elements. Mix with acrylic paint for coloured texture. Apply with a palette knife. Allow to dry thoroughly between layers — thick applications can take 24 hours or more. Best on rigid supports; will crack if applied too thickly on flexible canvas. Available in 237ml to 946ml.
