Features & details
How it Works? Its very common that runners have plantar fasciitis, shin splints, knee pain, Achilles Tendinitis and other injuries. You must do exercise safely and heathily. So 3ANGNI designed firm and flexible arch support to disperse the pressure and minimize stress on joints, knees, and lower back, which effectively helps to prevent and relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis, shin splints, Achilles tendinitis and heel spur. The running insole is made by premium cushioning materials which can reduce the impact during high-level activities and improve performance. Heel cushioning pad effectively reduces the shock and stress to the heel to alleviate heel pain, including heel spur. PU foam absorbs sweat and breathable mesh top cover reduces odors, making the shoes fresh.
Important Tips How to Use?
Option 1: The original insoles of shoes are probably removable - take them out.
Option 2: Trimmed to fit? It's up to the length of feet. The insole is standard size. Fit for Most Footwear: Fit for most footwear, such as safety work boots, sneakers, sports shoes, running shoes, and court shoes.
Daily Care: Spot clean with mild detergent. Do not immerse in water. Air dry.

Comfortable Insoles
Reviewed in the United States on June 14, 2022
I use these insoles in walking shoes and walk over 5 miles per day, so I have broken them in over a period. One thing I should have done before inserting them into the shoes is to trim them to fit the shoe. I wear a size 12 mens shoe and I obtained the XL size, so they were larger than my shoes. Each insole developed a crease at the ball of the foot and was very uncomfortable. After I trimmed them, they were far more comfortable, however, the area that creased despite trying to flatten it out again, kept creasing upon placement. Suggestion Before Using: Pull the existing insoles from the shoes you plan to use these for and trace onto the 3ANGNI Sport Running Insoles and trim them with a blade. I am a Superfeet user for years in my shoes and these compare well to the expensive insoles but are not an equivalent replacement for them, so be advised. Bottom Line: 50+ miles so far and my 65+ year old feet are not hurting. For the price, they are not a bad choice.

I had been having problems with a fallen arch and these have really been a game changer for me. I noticed less able pain as well as no more pain in the top of my feet after putting these in my work boots. Comfortable and effective. I love them!

Was able to cut down to fit womens 8.5 with no problem

These are pretty comfortable cut down to my shoe size. Given that I've worn out my old sneakers, these have given them new life. And since I can't get any more of this model sneaker, I appreciate the ability to extend their life.

At this price point I was worried but pleasantly surprised

As being someone who runs allot I always worry if my sneakers are worn and if its time to get new ones as the constant poundage on my joints is not a good thing especially if you are not aligned correctly from being flat footed. I enjoyed the support this provided
