Shipping cost: We have TWO shipping options: 

  • Free shipping which is a tracked 48 hour service at a cost of £0.00
  • Tracked 24 which is a tracked 24 hour service at a cost of £3.95

Delivery time: Delivery aim is is not guaranteed as it may take longer if there are delays in the Royal Mail system.

Please try to buy all the items you need from us on one order as we are a small business and its helpful if we do not have to post items separately.

Payment

Please pay using Ebay's payment system and once the transaction has been cleared your order will appear on our Royal Mail dispatch manager to pick and pack.

Service

All items destined for a UK address are sent out via Royal Mail’s 2nd Class tracked delivery service unless you choose one of the delivery upgrade options.

Larger items are sent out by next day courier and the shipping method is stated in the postage section on the postage and payments tab at the top of the listing.

We do not offer an international shipping service through eBay because of the unreliability of foreign customs and postal services.

We aim to offer good value for money on postage costs, taking into consideration administrative costs, time to pack, the cost of the packaging as well as the cost of the postage which is done via our Royal Mail account to help save you money.  Each item we sell has the postage priced accordingly    Should you wish to buy more than one item from us, please feel free to contact us to by requesting an invoice for total amount in the items bought section of your “My Ebay”
