Our herbs are gathered by hand from the sub-alpine meadows
of Carpathian Mountains, one of the most bio-diverse ecosystems in
Europe. Then they are carefully dried and airtight packed at source to
ensure maximum potency. The result - a soothing, delicious cup of
wellness.
Elderflower’s delicate, clustered blooms belie the plant’s warrior-like role. We pluck elderflowers at peak bloom toward the end of May. Within hours of harvest, the flowers are rushed to a temperature-controlled air dryer located in an alpine village chosen for its pristine, oxygenated breezes.
