UFM SP Cream (Cake Emulsifier) Commonly used in sponge cake or other cakes aerated by eggs, which use about 3-5% based on weight of flour or according to recipe; blend directly with sugar, eggs and water. Can be stored at room temperature.
Ingredients:
-Sorbitol and ester of fatty acid: 37%
-Mono glyceride: 20%
-Sucrose ester of fatty acid: 16%
-Propylene glycol and ester of fatty acid: 11%
