Features:-

Made of ductile cast iron and precision ground The worktable is graduated to a full 360° MT 2 centre for holding work pieces worm gear ration is 90:1 making one turn of the handle move the table 4° vernier scale makes setting down to 10 secs possible quick release system for manual indexing.

Uses of Rotary Table:-

 A rotary table is a precision work positioning device used in metalworking. It enables the operator to drill or cut work at exact intervals around a fixed. A rotary table can be used,To drill equidistant holes on a circular flange, To cut a round piece with a protruding tang,create large-diameter holes, via milling in a circular toolpath, on small milling machines,to cut straight lines & cut arcs at any angle. Also cut circular pieces.

Chuck: 

The 3 jaw chuck has a big range clamping.
The chuck has 3 reversible jaws and jaw can be moved independently.
There is a fixture plate on which the chuck is mounted.
These chucks ideal for gripping non-circular cross sections and gripping circular cross sections with extreme precision. 


Tail stock:-

Height can be varied while working with different index centres while the angle of inclination can be changed for various machining applications. The tip of centre is finely rotatable. The dead centre of the tail stock should be in line with the centre of the rotary table. Tail stock suitable for 6" & 4.5/16" Rotary Table.

Uses of Tail stock:- 

It is used as part of an engineering lathe, wood-turning lathe, or used in conjunction with a rotary table on a milling machine.
Usually used to apply support to the longitudinal rotary axis of a work-piece being machined. A lathe centre is mounted in the tail stock, and inserted against the sides of a hole in the centre of the work piece. A tail stock has a Dead centre, while Head Stock has Live centre. A Tail stock is particularly useful when the work-piece is relatively long and slender.

Indexing Mechanism:-
The divisions  of  preset holes are provided for the most common angles such as 30⁰, 45⁰ and 90⁰. The remaining divisions of the circle are provided for manually rotating the dividing  arm using the plates.
