Izumo is a first-class cruiser that served as the flagship of the 2nd Fleet during the Russo-Japanese War.
She became old and outdated, and in 1921 she was demoted to a first class coastal defense ship.
During the subsequent Sino-Japanese War, the Type 94 water reconnaissance that was mounted on the Izumo was reproduced.
The decal is a selection formula with the Nachi-equipped machine. Catapult parts are included as bonus parts.
(*Izumo does not have a catapult, so strictly speaking, it is positioned as a Nachi-equipped aircraft.)
