GRADING

We use a derivative of the Goldmine Grading Guide to grade our records and jackets as accurately as possible. All records are cleaned and visually inspected in order to determine grading. Jackets and labels are also visually inspected to determine grading. Not all records are play tested. All grading is based on our subjective opinion and may not match that of our buyers. We tend to grade very conservatively; however, if you disagree with our grading, we happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Combined shipping is available. We allow a grace period for buyers purchasing multiple records, after which we send updated invoices that reflect the combined shipping charges. Buyers may request their updated invoice at any time.

All records are professionally packed with the care they require. Discs are removed from their jackets to prevent seam splitting. Records are then placed in protective plastic sleeves, sandwiched between layers of foam and/or cardboard pads, and sealed in sturdy dedicated record mailers (or standard boxes for orders of 7 or more) complete with "Fragile - Handle With Care" labels.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your StuffStore purchase, you may return the item for free within 30 days for a full refund of the item cost (unless specifically noted otherwise). All items must be returned for a refund of any kind. Partial refunds are not available. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be packed and received in the same condition as they were originally shipped.
