Small Bone china dish from Ridgway Potteries, Royal Adderley in the Fragrance pattern. With a lid. 

It measures about 4 3/4" x 3 7/8"

It is in good overall condition. There are a couple minor marks on it, I took a detailed photo of those. No Visible chips or cracks anywhere.
