"Excellent Self-Inking Stamp Pad" - made in Japan.  At about 2.25 inches long, it is made of tin.  It has scrapes and scratches in the paint, which includes an image of a Native American in a Headdress, as shown in photos.  The stamp pad is dried out as expected at this age.
