This is a Small Monogram Models number 31 Figure of a WWII German Officer with a Pistol.  It is made of metal and is a highly detailed, note the helmet, canteen and the gas mask canister.  It is about 1 1/8 inch tall.  I bought this as part of a job lot and it is in very good condition.  The coin in the picture is a Dime to show just how small this item is.
