Not entirely sure where this one was published - it was printed in Brussels; the "colour blocks" in photogravure were engraved by Etablissements Jean Malvaux - for what that's worth - I would think a lot.  Incredible art complemented by what looks like interesting text.  This is one of my favorites - will be hard to part ways with this art history relic.
