Used Invacare TDX SP tilt actuator - compatible with most Ivacare TDX series power chairs that have a tilt system. 

The REAC Type LL-5001/41 Linear Actuator is a heavy-duty, motorized medical component manufactured by REAC Poland and utilized by Invacare to power motorized seating adjustments on the Invacare TDX SP power wheelchair series.
