This artist drawn postcard depicts a pair of Canaries - no artist is credited but the artwork is excellent and I think it could be C. T. Howard.  It was published by J. Salmon in, I think the 1920s.  Card No. 2889.  Not postally used.

The card is in a very good condition.   Rubs at corners, tiny creases at bottom corners, edge rubs with the odd tiny bump and surface paper chip, old erased pencil price, light grubbiness, light brown marks, and the odd tiny mark to reverse of card.  Please check scans carefully as they help with condition too.

Please note surface mail or first class inland mail options are always available, please ask for a quote.

Overseas postage - please note I only charge what it costs me to send the item.  I do pack my cards well to withstand a long journey and to try and ensure that they are well protected against damage and weather, this means that the package does not fit through the 5mm letter slot and is sent as a small parcel.  I can however send many postcards for the same cost as one.

I try to be accurate with my descriptions but if you have any questions please contact me.  Take a look at my other auctions and ebay shop items for more collectable items.
