Colors:  

- Black, Dark Heather, Forrest Green, Gold, Light Blue, Light Pink, Maroon, Navy, Orange, Team Purple, Red, True Royal, Sport Grey, Military Green, White,... 

- Each shirt type has different colors available. Please see each color chart for each shirt type and brand.

- The shirt colors are slightly lighter or darker than in the photos because of screen contrast. The shirt images in listing photos are just edited mockups, not real shirts and not linked correctly to each shirt type, size and color options.

 

Notes: 

- We print ink directly to garments (DTG) and directly to films (DTF). With DTG method, the printing lasts longer but the same design color will not show on the same shirt color. For example, black parts of a design will not show on a black shirt. With DTF method, the printing will be more vibrant and show well on any shirt color but have the plastic or rubber feel and not last as long as DTG method.

- For other color options, printing at the back of the t-shirt or customization details, please type in the Personalization box or contact us. For example, "Light Blue- Back", "Maroon-Back-Olivia", " White text, capitalized, bottom of the design". 

- This listing is for printing on 1 side only, either front or back of the shirt. 

- The design will be printed at the front of the shirt if there is no note of "Back'' or "Printing at the back".

- The design printed on a shirt can be smaller or larger than shown in the listed photos depending on the shirt size.

- There is an extra fee for printing on both sides or printing extra on the other side, particularly front and back of any t-shirt or sweatshirt.

- For printing on both sides, for example: the original design at the front and adding the text or name at the back of the shirt, please add the general listing "Printing on the other side" to your order and note the customization details in the Personalization Box or contact us.

- If there is no note of the shirt size, color or just unclear, vague word in the personalization box, we will contact the buyer to confirm it within 3 days. If there is no answer or response after that, the order will be canceled. 

- There is only 1 discount applied for each order, either item or shipping discount.

 

Care Instructions: 

- Hand wash, wash inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design, lay flat to dry.

 

Production and Shipping: 

- Processing: 2-5 business days. 

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days in US, 14-30 business days to other countries.

 

Replacement/ Return Policy:

- No returns or exchanges because each item is customized and printed after an order's placed.

- However, if you are not satisfied with any item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund or replace another item within 30 days without fee if the previous item is defective, damaged, or any error is made by our production and shipping with some photos of the issue and order tags.
