Frame measures 12 1/8" x 14 7/8" that fits 11 1/4" x 13 7/8"; the visible window that displays the page is 6" x 8 1/2". I guarantee this is a genuine antique likely dates to late Middle Ages or early Renaissance period. The mere fact the previous owner went to great expense to have it so nicely framed speaks to it's quality and content. Excellent condition professionally framed to display both sides - see my photos.
