• Purity Marks: Sterling (see photo) on back of brooch.       
• Maker's Mark (signed): Hoyt on back of brooch (see photo).
• Weight: The pendant weighs approximately 7.15 grams (see the photo).
• Length: The brooch is approximately 1.5 inches long by 0.9 inches wide (see photos).  The brooch's pin is 0.625 inches long.   
• Condition: Pre-owned.
• Damage:  There might be a few scratches/scuffs.  The silver is shiny and causes reflections in the metal.  Please view pictures for damage including scratches and/or scuffs.  Pictures are taken very close up for your inspection.  You are viewing all angles of the piece in the pictures, so you can zoom in to see the condition.  There might be tarnish on the sterling silver pieces.  However, some people like the patina/tarnish on sterling silver so I will let the new owner clean it.

Precious Metal and Gemstone Testing Information:

I have not tested the item's precious metal content (purity) myself, unless indicated.  I assume the hallmark (Sterling/925) is the item's purity.  All of these items are used (previously owned), acquired through estate sales, so I do not know the history of the item or how old it is (unless noted).  Since the items are used, there may be cracks in the stones, scratches to the metal, loose settings, damage to the item, flaws, and wear, which is the beauty of used jewelry.  I do my best to describe, take pictures and inspect each piece, but if you want a flawless piece, please ask questions before bidding.  Also, the stones (if present) have not been tested by a gemologist.

I do not clean any of the pieces or shine up the items.  I let the new owner clean the piece as some people like tarnish/patina on sterling silver.

Best Offers:

All Reasonable Offers are Considered.  If a best offer is accepted, payment MUST be made within 3 days (72 hours) of acceptance or listing will be cancelled and item will be relisted (reason for cancellation will be buyer's nonpayment).

Environmental Conditions:

I have a smoke free environment, but these are estate pieces, so I am not aware if the previous owners were smokers.  I try my best to smell each piece to determine if there is an odor and describe it if there is.  Be aware:  I do have a cat in the environment, if this is a concern for you.

Return, Payment, and Shipping Policy:

I do not accept returns, so please ask any questions before buying.  I ship within 2 days of receiving cleared payment.  I primarily ship via United States Postal Service Priority to save you money and provide tracking (with delivery confirmation).  I do not make money from the shipping rate.  At this time, I only ship to the United States, no international orders.  I do combine shipping when possible, (I refund some of the money if the items fit in the same package).  You need to let me know when paying, that you are buying additional items, so I do not ship the one item until you are done shopping.
