Here we have a Some guy wire combination attachments, by MacLean.  Surplused by a local utility who is trying to reduce their guy wire equipment variants.  These are for use on a round surface (pole).  The 'footprint' of these is 8 inches long and 3 inches wide. The ear eyelet on each is 15/16" diameter.  The 77-7 has slightly larger bolt holes for attachment to the pole (15/16" vs 13/16").
