Glitter printing is a very common and  usual processing method in garment printing industry.

The special kind  of printing: a three-dimensional ( general thickness of 0.3 mm),  irregular flash, flash effect, the surface is characterized by a sense  of scrub, this is the most important difference with other printing and  heat transfer.

We are the agency of South Korea glitter lettering vinyl  for heat transfer, the material adopts advanced PET polyester film,  through precise machinery and cutting into sequins with unified  specifications, and through special processing technique to polymerize  thin film, and attach the film with thermosol and siliconized glue, and  mix with high-temp resistant PET film, to make glitter vinyl finished  product which can be cut.

Applicable scope:

Suitable for all kinds of fabric materials, not restricted by the colors  of printed material, covering sthength is strong, it has a wide range of  application, suitable for printing of sportswear, LOGO, single color  pattern, garment accessories, etc. Also can be used for textile  material, leather products, luggage products, paper, polyester oxford,  non-woven fabrics, such as T-shirt, shirt, jeans, sportswear, pillow,  car seat covers, headrest, window curtain, etc.

Substrates can not be printed:

1.  Water-proof cotton dress can not be printed (surface has one water-proof  coating layer).
2. Diving clothing, PIZEX, can not be printed (surface has one  water-proof coating layer).
3. Rainproof products (can not bear 160-180C high temperature).
4. Glass, ceramics, wooden and plastic products can not be printed.

Instruction of ASC  Vinyl Transfer

1) Make target design by  computers. Switch on the cutting plotter and better try the  pressure of tool in the first step:
After cutting, the color layer as well as one layer of base  paper can be easily removed at the same time.

2) The tool should just cut half  thickness of the base paper.

　

3)Set the speed according to the  size of the design. For example, set the speed faster (at 50-75)  for a large design, and at 25definitely for a small one.  Pressure is about 150g.Lowerspeed cutting is very important!

5)Peel off the unwanted color  layer part when finish cutting.

　

6)The design on base paper should  be complete without any deletion. If you peel the wanted parts  ,you can press it back then continue.

7)Press by heat press, Set the  temperature at 150℃-175℃(310F-350F) and the time at 10s -15s.
The temperature & time is not absolute, You should adjust on  actual status.

7)Press by home Iron. Set the  temperature at 150℃-175℃(310F-350F).

　

9)Cool peel the base paper.

10)A wanted design will be on your  unique T-shirt completely.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective & Damaged Products
