    WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS TO ANYWHERE ON THE UK MAINLAND.

    Our delivery lead time on this item is 7-10 business days from placing your order. Our couriers will contact you in advance to book in both a delivery day and time for delivery. If you require an express delivery, please call us on 01207 505311 and we will be happy to see what we can do for you.

    We will require your telephone number to arrange your delivery, ideally two numbers if possible.

    RETURNS INFORMATION

    We offer a full money back guarantee if you decide that you do not want the item based on the following terms:

  • We are notified within 7 days of receiving the item of your wish to return the product
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • There would be a £35 collection charge applied or 10% of the order value, whichever is greater.

    • In the unlikely situation of the item being delivered damaged, please notify us within 7 days either by calling us on 01207 505311 or e-mailing us and we will arrange a replacement part/item free of charge.
