The Keysight W11644A calibration kit contains the precision mechanical standards required to calibrate the systematic errors of Keysight network analyzers. This calibration kit has a precision airline for performing the Thru-Reflect-Line (TRL) calibration, the most accurate error-correction technique for coaxial measurements. This kit also contains a flush short circuit, a precision shim, and fixed termination(s). This cal kit is in excellent condition, has been fully tested and is guaranteed functional. Shipping
All instruments are professionally packed and shipped via UPS GROUND with full insurance. We typically ship within the continental US only (please no PO Boxes) unless other arrangements have been made with the buyer. International customers may provide their UPS, DHL or FedEx account for international shipments. Items will be shipped within 7 business days of payment.
Terms
All items sold on Ebay come with a standard 30 day right of return warranty from the date of receipt, unless otherwise specified in the auction details. Payment in full is required prior to shipment. Buyers are required to notify us immediately if an instrument arrives damaged, and must keep all boxes and packing materials in case a UPS damage inspection is necessary. An extended warranty of 30 days is available for all direct purchases from Spaulding Surplus, LLC and established customers purchasing directly may qualify for net 30 payment terms with PO required prior to shipment.
Returns
All Ebay items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase should they not function as intended, unless they are being sold AS IS with known defects. Spaulding Surplus, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from buyer/operator negligence, or the improper use of its equipment, nor does it warrant their suitability for any specific application or project. The verification of product capability is the sole responsibility of the buyer. PO's and purchases cancelled due to insufficient instrument capability, buyer's remorse or loss of order are always subject to a 20% restocking fee. A complete evaluation is required for any instrument returned under warranty, and refunds are not issued until said evaluation has been completed by an ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT BUYERS CONTACT US FIRST SHOULD THERE BE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ITEM PURCHASED, RATHER THAN FILING A "NOT AS DESCRIBED" CLAIM WITH EBAY OR IMMEDIATELY LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
