You are bidding on a Agilent 4352S 10 MHz - 12.6 GHz Signal Test System consisting of an Agilent 4352B with option 001 (Expand DC control voltage to -15 to 35 V) and an Agilent 43521A Downconverter Unit. The system was just calibrated in January of 2013 and includes the certificate of calibration as well as the 15 pin male to male rear cable and 4 front panel interconnect cables (not shown in pictures). The Agilent 4352S test system can evaluate the characteristics of VCOs and PLLs that are essential to designing local oscillators used in RF wireless communication equipment. This system can make high-speed measurements thanks to the dedicated firmware and "carrier lock multi-mode PLL" technology for phase noise measurement that enables the system lock unto the carrier of the measured signal automatically. In addition, the Agilent 4352B has excellent phase noise performance such as -157 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset typically, so that this test system can make reliable and repeatable phase noise measurement with up to 10 times reduction in measurement time. Actually it can measure 801 measurement points from 100 Hz to 10 MHz offset in 7.4 seconds/sweep. Besides the powerful phase noise measurement capability, the Agilent 4352S can measure frequency transient with 50 Hz frequency resolution and 12.5 micro-seconds time resolution.

Shipping
All instruments are professionally packed and shipped via UPS GROUND with full insurance. We typically ship within the continental US only (please no PO Boxes) unless other arrangements have been made with the buyer. International customers may provide their UPS, DHL or FedEx account for international shipments. Items will be shipped within 7 business days of payment.
Terms
All items sold on Ebay come with a standard 30 day right of return warranty from the date of receipt, unless otherwise specified in the auction details. Payment in full is required prior to shipment. Buyers are required to notify us immediately if an instrument arrives damaged, and must keep all boxes and packing materials in case a UPS damage inspection is necessary. An extended warranty of 30 days is available for all direct purchases from Spaulding Surplus, LLC and established customers purchasing directly may qualify for net 30 payment terms with PO required prior to shipment.
Returns
All Ebay items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase should they not function as intended, unless they are being sold AS IS with known defects. The verification of product capability is the sole responsibility of the buyer. PO's and purchases cancelled due to insufficient instrument capability, buyer's remorse or loss of order are always subject to a 20% restocking fee. A complete evaluation is required for any instrument returned under warranty, and refunds are not issued until said evaluation has been completed by an ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab.
