   The new brush head is compatible with the handle and sealed in bag, but it was not from Philips. 

New Charger *1  
   Charger is EU version and it comes with one standard EU/US plug adapter. Therefore, it functions in US.
    Due to the limitation of inventory, the color of the charger and the EU/US plug adapter may not be the same as the handle.  
    Please do not make purchase if these are concerns. I know it was advertised as 'no cost return', but we really cannot afford the return cost of 'do not like the design/color of the accessory'.
    
New plastic charging base cover *1
   It is plastic, not glass. It does not come with travel case or other accessories. 

Shipping and packaging:
No retail box included in the shipment. Handle has its own manufacture plastic wrap. Brush head is sealed. Charger is wrapped.
The handle is kind of sensitive so the light may get turned on by itself upon arrival when customer opens the package. It is not defective at all.

Use guidance:
1: When you brush your teeth, please do not move it too fast. You just need to let the brush head touch your teeth gently.
2: Full charge: green light. Charging: flash orange to green light, low power-orange light. If the handle has no power, it has to be fully charge for more than 24 hours.
3. Please keep the toothbrush and the charger dry.
4. Regularly replace the rubber ring of waterproof seal. Take off the brushhead after you use.

Charging:
Please put the plastic cover on top of the charger base, then place the toothbrush on top of them to make sure it will be charged properly.
