- All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase during normal business hours. We were in the internet parts sales business for over 20 years. - Free Shipping to anywhere in the lower contiguous 48 states, USA., (UNLESS OTHERWISE LISTED WITH A SHIPPING COST.) Additional charge for PR, HI and AK. Please
ask for the cost of the additional shipping cost for Puerto Rico, Hawaii,
and Alaska. If not, we will process and bill for the extra shipping
charges via Paypal.

- International Shipping only
available to customers and products that are qualified and eligible for
the " eBay Global Shipping Program" per eBay policy and
procedures. Some items are restricted so see listings for specific info. Wraith
Industries, LLC will not ship any restricted items outside the USA.
Returns:
- We will accept Returns within 14 business days of
delivery, unless we’ve listed NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
- All returns must be in new unused condition with
original packaging and tags.
- Returns that are not defective are subject to a 25%
restocking fee which covers the initial shipping cost. Buyer pays return
shipping to send back.
- Buyer pays all return shipping fees via your local USPS,
and tracking number must be included.
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable unless item is
a mis-pull or defective out of the box due to a manufacturing defect
- We will pay for subsequent shipping of replacement item
if needed.
- The return policy DOES NOT cover any items that are
misused, abused, altered, or damaged on accident.
