SHIPPING

--Free ground shipping is provided to addresses within the continental United States, with an estimated transit time of three (3) to five (5) business days. High value shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

--Shipping to locations outside the United States is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated based on destination and service level.

PAYMENT

--All payments must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods authorized by the Marketplace. Taxes, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout and collected directly by the Marketplace.

--The Company reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse any order that cannot be verified or that is suspected of unauthorized activity, misuse, or fraud. This includes, but is not limited to, discrepancies in billing information, irregular purchasing behavior, or failed payment authorization.

RETURNS

General Return Process --We strive to provide a hassle‑free return experience. Customers must contact us promptly if there is an issue with their order so we may work to resolve the matter in a timely and appropriate manner.

--Non‑Returnable Product Categories Food, Media, and Health & Personal Care items are not eligible for return. However, these products may qualify for a refund if they are received in damaged or defective condition.

--Condition Requirements for Returns All returned merchandise must be received in the same condition in which it was originally delivered. This includes the return of all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories. Failure to include required components may affect eligibility for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

--Restocking Fee A restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) may be applied to returned items following inspection, based on the condition of the product and packaging.

--Collectible Items Items designated as Collectible may be subject to additional return restrictions. Customers should review the specific product listing for applicable terms.

--Inspection Upon Delivery Customers are required to inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues within two (2) business days. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

--New, Sealed Products For items sold as New, returns are accepted only if the manufacturer’s seal remains unopened and intact. Once a product has been opened, unsealed, or otherwise tampered with, the sale is considered final, and the item is non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
