Rootrainers by Haxnicks are great for developing strong, healthy roots in any kind of plant. The cells use air pruning to promote the quick formation of straight, fibrous roots preventing root balls and potbound, and allowing your plants to thrive. The pack also includes a holding tray and propagating lid, which can be used to create a mini-greenhouse.
The Rootrainers are very easy to use. Simply fill the cells with compost or a potting mix and sow the seeds or plant the cuttings. As roots develop, the Rootrainers can be opened like a book in order to check on the roots and moisture. When they are ready to transplant, simply open the Rootrainer and remove the plants from their cells. They are also reusable so will leave you will brilliant results year after year!
