This is brand new, still sealed in factory packaging.  This will ship double-boxed and the shipping weight is 4 pounds.

However, eBay's Global Shipping Program may limit combined shipping for international buyers. Also, I am not ever able to provide international returns. As of 2019, many U.S. states have begun to require that eBay sellers charge sales tax on purchases made from residents of their state. If your state requires a sales tax payment, that tax payment will show up on your invoice for final payment.
