Post or drop your phone in to us (if dropping the phone in a time slot will need to be arranged after purchase).

We highly recommend using special delivery with Royal Mail stating the value of the phone for postage, this will cover the full cost if it were to be lost in transit (always create a backup of your phone before posting or having any repairs), this is the method of which we will return your phone and this is including in the purchase price fully insured.
All Deliveries Will be made to the address that is associated with your account, we advise checking this is the correct address before purchasing as well as making sure your phone number is up to date.

We accept PayPal, Credit, Debit Cards payments and are currently using eBay managed payments for your convenience . Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed method to pay before purchase.
All Payments are required within 5 days from the date of the auction ending. A non-payment dispute will be automatically be opened if full payment is not received after 7 days of non payment.
Cancellations must be started by yourself through eBay before the item has been dispatched.
If in the unfortunate event you need to cancel a purchase and the item has been marked as dispatched, you must now wait for it to arrive and then once you receive the item you may start a return (for more information on returns please check the returns Terms and Conditions).
We post all over the U.K. and worldwide, all orders purchased before 3PM will be dispatched the same working day, using the method you have selected. If you have purchased after 3pm your order may not make the same day dispatch but it will make the following postal day.

Through the pandemic we have had more delays than ever before but fortunately now most of our post is arriving on time.
1. Please make sure your eBay and PayPal address are correct before you pay.
2. Items will be shipped the same day at 4PM (please order in at least one hour before this time to guarantee same day dispatch) if it is not possible that day then it will be the following available postage day.3. If it is marked as dispatched, it has been dispatched please do not ask us if it has been dispatched, all stock is our own we do not drop ship.
4. Items shipped in the U.K if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 10 working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we cannot do anything until then.
5. Items shipped in Europe if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 20 working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we cannot do anything until then.
6. Items shipped Worldwide if your item has not arrived on your expected delivery date please wait 25 working days (excluding weekends) after that date and then contact us, we cannot do anything until then.
The waiting times for late post are from Royal Mails policy and we must adhere to these.

We offer free 30 days free return worldwide, only if the reason for return is due to our error or defective item, if the return is buyers error they must return at their own expense and once we receive the item you will then receive a full refund.
If in the unfortunate event your item is damaged in transit, please contact us right away, we will need photographs of the damaged item/s and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order, as soon as we receive the photographic evidence we can refund you (Please note we cannot issue any refunds unless you can provide us with photographic evidence DO NOT dispose of the item/s until we have this).
