30 Day Return Policy

• All Returns must be in the exact condition it was received, with the original manufacturer's box/packaging intact with any additional accessories and packaging.

• Worn, damaged, or improperly packaged items will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

• Items must be properly sealed and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Any additional shipping costs (Return shipping) will be the customer's responsibility

• We will not be responsible for any returns that are lost in transit sent by the customer.

• Returns are processed through ebay Returns.rs and Processing
• Orders will be processed within 24-36 hours. Any orders made on a weekend or a holiday will not be processed till the next business day.

• If there are any issues with your order in regards to the status of the item, payment, and/or shipping information, we will contact you via the ebay messaging.

• Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number via eBay. Please allow 24-48 hours before updates appear on your tracking number.

• Packages that are returned to us because of incorrect addresses (provided by the customer), customers will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

• Claims on lost or damaged packages will be processed by our postage carriers (USPS/FedEx/UPS). After an investigation has been complete, customers will be reimbursed accordingly. This can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks from the time of inquiry.
