Returns
RETURNS: Please refer to the following policies when returning any item to Starklite Cycle. A. Call or fax to receive a return goods authorization number. A return authorization number only authorizes the return and creates the documentation which will be used to inspect the returned item. It does not automatically create a credit or exchange for any item. You must provide a copy of your original invoice to return any item. Starklite Cycle reserves the right to decide between exchange, repair, credit, or the return of merchandise in question after our inspection. B. Items only listed on your return authorization will be accepted by Starklite Cycle. Any other items will be returned at your expense. Take care in packaging your return as we will not accept parts damaged in shipping due to poor packing. Please insure all returns with the carrier. The packing and condition of the items received are responsibility of the shipper and carrier. Returned goods received in damaged condition will be returned. Make sure your return goods authorization number is on the outside of the shipping box. Goods must be returned in saleable condition. Return of new, saleable merchandise must be within 30 days of invoice. After 30 days, mis-ordered parts are not returnable for credit. You must include copies of your original invoice as proof of purchase for proper credit. Any parts returned to Starklite Cycle without a return authorization number or copies of original invoice will be returned. Please return warranty items freight paid to Starklite Cycle 3110 Indian Ave. Ste A, Perris Ca 92571, as we do not issue pick-ups (call tags). C. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the processing of a return. D. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all return goods unless found to be defective or not as ordered. Starklite Cycle will not accept returns of non-defective items after 30 days from date of original invoice. No returns will be accepted on modified, sanded, drilled, ground, or repainted products. No credit will be issued for labor costs incurred beyond the original invoice price of the product. E. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order. F. Return authorization numbers are only valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Please send all returns freight paid within 30 days to Starklite Cycle for processing.
