Trisdodium phosphate as a food additive has been approved by European Union with E number E339iii.

It is Non GMO, Gluten free , and contains No fillers.

In addition to being an acidity regulator, E 339iii is also often used as a melting salt in processed cheese, as the substance is able to dissolve protein structures in such a way that they are able to bind more water.
