This is a brand new Makita 15/64" titanium coated high speed steel drill bit. This is Makita #711379-A. This titanium drill is a metal cutting bit which means it can drill metals, wood, plastics, particle board, drywall and almost any material other than concrete, masonry, stainless steel and glass. Titanium drill bits are designed to last longer than regular high speed steel drill bits. This drill bit fits in either a 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" chuck. This drill has a split point for no-slip starting. This drill bit is made in the USA.
