About Us
The Yarn Sprite is a family run online yarn shop based in the North West of England. Our products include a variety of yarn & wool plus tools and accessories to make and finish off your projects.
Returns are accepted up to 30days, please contact me to arrange this prior to sending anything back. Items will only be refunded if they are returned unused and in a sellable condition unless defective. Patterns are not included in the returns policy and will not be accepted due them being easy to copy.
I am always here to help - if you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask away and I will do my best to help.
All products sold are items which I as a crafter would use myself. I will not sell anything I would not be happy to use or recommend.
Most orders are dispatched within 24hours, Monday - Friday.
Find The Yarn Sprite on social media for updates on new products and offers.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure our images are as accurate as possible, due to screen resolutions some variation in colour is to be expected.
