The UP-20 offers immense power with its 2000 watts. Features the very
latest Eco Technology CARBON TUBE giving excellent heat and longlife.
This powerful slick looking heater is widely used on Patios, decking
areas and in home offices too. The Upright Heater is great for those
people who dont want a wall mounted heater. Perfect for pubs,

The infrared Heater has a 45 degree rotation (It turns from left to right; then back again) so it can sweep across the area you wish to heat. UP-20 - 9 Heat Settings, Remote Control and Timer
You can switch the heater off and on, choose from the nine heat settings and set the 24-hour timer all at the push of a button.
The remote control aspect of this heater means you dont even have to get up to adjust the heat settings. As you increase the wattage the heated area covered gets larger.
The functions can also be controlled from the panel of the heater. The LED display will let you know which setting has been selected.

Once a Paypal payment is made we usually process and deliver the item within 1-3 working days (Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays do not count as working days). Always leave us a contact number for delivery purposes - LEAVE ON THE PAYPAL PAYMENT FORM UNDER 'NOTES TO SELLER' SECTION. Items are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD or Palletways depending on the size of the item. Signatures are required for deliveries made by DPD or Palletways. If no-one is in to receive the delivery and the item cannot be left with a neighbour, the item will be returned to the delivery depot and you will have to collect from there or organise re-delivery. There may be a charge for this. The driver is not insured or able to place the item anywhere else but the nearest point on your property to the road.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 14 days as per the Distant Selling Regulations. Customers must notify us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items.
Please be advised that the following charges may apply if you wish to return your goods if no longer required or the wrong item is ordered:
1. Incorrect sized item purchased (no longer required) will incur a restocking fee = Small Item (less than 25kg) £8.00 / Large Items (over 25kg) £20.00
2. In the case, where you ask us to arrange collection on your behalf; where a pallet service is required due to its weight and size the charge is minimum £55.00 - £110 depending on collection postcode.
We accept payments via PayPal. If you are collecting the item you can also pay via Credit/Debit card or cash on collection, please contact our office to arrange collection time and day.
