About Us

• The Yarn Sprite is a family run online yarn shop based in the North West of England.  Our products include a variety of yarn & wool plus tools and accessories to make and finish off your projects.

• Returns are accepted up to 30days, please contact me to arrange this prior to sending anything back.  Items will only be refunded if they are returned unused and in a sellable condition unless defective.  Patterns are not included in the returns policy and will not be accepted due them being easy to copy.

• I am always here to help - if you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask away and I will do my best to help.

• All products sold are items which I as a crafter would use myself.  I will not sell anything I would not be happy to use or recommend.

• Most orders are dispatched within 24hours, Monday - Friday.

• Find The Yarn Sprite on social media for updates on new products and offers.
