1pc

British CITY car oxygen sensor AO2, the AO2 PTB-18.10 oxygen sensor used on the oxygen index tester is a consumable. When it comes into contact with the air, a chemical reaction occurs. Generally, the validity period of the oxygen sensor is one year. The package must be airtight, usually in a sealed plastic package filled with nitrogen, and the best storage temperature is between 0°C and 20°C.

AO2 PTB-18.10 is used in various instruments related to oxygen testing, such as: vehicle exhaust gas detection instrument, exhaust gas environmental protection detection instrument, oxygen index test instrument.

AO2 product parameters:

(1) Output: 9-13mV in air

(2) Range: 0-100%O2

(3) Accuracy: 0.01%O2

(4) Expected service life: 360,000% O2 hours at 20°C, 286,000% O2 hours at 40°C, or two years at STP in air

(5) T90 response time: <5 seconds

(6) T99.5 response time: <40 seconds

(7) 100% oxygen in the signal: 100±1%

(8) Linear: 0-100%O2

(9) Zero offset value: <20µV

(10) Temperature range: -20℃—+50℃

(11) Temperature compensation: <2% variation 0°C to 40°C (as shown)

(12) Differential pressure range: 0-500mbar Max

(13) Absolute pressure range: 500-2000mbar

(14) Relative humidity range: 0-99% non-condensing

(15) Long-term output drift: <10% signal loss/year

(16) Recommended load resistance min: 10kΩ

The output of the AO2 sensor varies with temperature, but gradually integrates thermistors to compensate for these changes. A thermistor is used to give the AO2 a very stable output over a wide temperature range.

The AO2 PTB-18.10 oxygen sensor used in the oxygen index meter is a consumable, and when it comes into contact with air, a chemical reaction begins.

Shelf life:

In general, the validity period for use is one year.

The original packaging of the oxygen sensor must be sealed, usually in a sealed plastic package filled with nitrogen.

The best storage temperature is between 0°C and 20°C.
