Description

Energy Suspension(R) performance bump stops help cushion a collaPSIng suspension, preventing bottoming-out and expensive vehicle damage. Hyper-Flex performance polyurethane bump stops for control arms, traction bars, leaf springs, etc. are guaranteed to last longer and operate more efficiently than original rubber stops. The smaller, general purpose bullet shaped snubber is ideal for control arms. The low profile button head is for use when clearance is limited. Our large competition race style bump stops smooth out compression better and have a large reinforced metal plate welded to the mounting plate and molded-in. Each style is specially designed for a perfect and custom fit and each style has it's own durometer, hardness, characteristics. Energy's wide selection of bump stops are available in red or black color.

Please make payment within 7 days of auction end.

Shipping

We send all orders over $200 (shipping included) SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes on orders over $200. All items will be declared as actual value, we do not mark as gift or at a reduced value. Any shipping costs are based on weight, size, and number of packages. We try to consolidate as many items into one shipment as we can. Some items cannot be combined due to size or weight.

Returns

New & unused items may be returned within 30 days of invoice. Items must be in the original packaging. All video tapes, software, books and electrical items MAY NOT be returned! Shipments must be PREPAID using UPS, US Mail, or FedEx Ground. Collect shipments will be refused. For your protection, we recommend insuring the package for the full value. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Freight on new returns may be deducted from the refund amount if the original sale had free shipping. Please note, in some cases, a restocking fee also may be deducted from the original amount. For defective returns, please provide as much information as possible in the return request. Please provide pictures if possible (for both the item and the packaging).

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

  • Request a return authorization through your eBay account.
  • Wait for an RGA number to be issued
  • Write the RGA number on the outside of your shipping box, and ship the item.
  • Wait for the return to process and refund to be received. This process may take up to 5 days. Most returns are processed within 24 hours.

    • Warranty

    Most parts come with a limited manufacturer's warranty on the part ONLY. This warranty DOES NOT include labor cost for installation and removal or shipping. PERFORMANCE PARTS HAS NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THE WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER. For all warranty returns, request a return authorization (as detailed above), including a detailed description of the warranty issue. If the warranty return is beyond 60 days, the return can only be issued as in-store credit or an exchange. eBay does not allow us to issue a refund beyond 60 days.

    We do our best to display images of the actual product being sold. Occasionally, we use a universal image because the manufacturer has not supplied us with a photo. In some cases, the image being displayed may be different due to a running change by the manufacturer, for which a new image has not be supplied.
