TO INSERT NEW FUSE꞉ Insert new fuse in puller and lock in place with clamp. Push fuse in clip and release clamp to remove puller. (Small end of puller is for short fuses).”

ONE generic, red-orange (easy to find in your
drawer or tool box!) dual fuse puller. The "blade end" operates as a pair of "tweezers" under pressure (with ridges) to grip the blade fuse rims as well as some cartridge fuses.
DUAL APPLICATIONS꞉ One end accommodates blade fuses (and some cartridge
fuses) the other end accommodates 5mm fuses (and can be used to pry loose
some other size cartridge fuses).

A LITTLE ABOUT BUSSMANN꞉ Over 100-years ago, the Bussmann brothers started producing fuses in their home's basement and garage. The Bussmann corporation began in a St. Louis garage in 1914 due to the vision of the Bussmann brothers: Joe, Al, Frank, Lee and Harry. The concept for the company actually went back to the 1904, when the five brothers, were fascinated by the electric lights at the World’s Fair.
