This 100 % Cotton Twill cycling cap is sewn in the "Classic" cycling cap style. The dome is composed of 4 panels that all come together at the top. The inner 5/8" twill cloth sweatband is sewn all the way around and there is a 3" long elastic only in the back, inside the sweatband. The visor top and bottom are the same material as the dome and the inner piece is made of RECYCLED Plastic HDPE, High Density Polyethylene, not cardboard.
