Pictures showing is random pull out units. Actual pictures available upon requested. We bought ONE POE (48V 0.5A Power Over Ethernet Adapter), and test randomly 10 units. All of them power-up with POE AC adapter. This POE power adapter is on eBay for 9.99. I don't have any experience to setup IP phone, therefore no further testing.
